27/10/2011 update - The gradings for 20th October 2011 have been updated - Please check out the Gradings page. Also make sure to keep up with training -Whether it be Karate - kickboxing or any other Martial Art -Training and discipline are highly important. See you at the Dojo!

28/9/09 update Remember your next gradings are on the 25th October 2009 - Please make a note of it - The gradings dates are also on the Gradings page - a print out of this is always useful to keep.

Also make sure you are all training and looking after your health - Martial Arts is about Mind, Body and Spirit - make sure you are all in high spirits Martial Arts Training calms the mind and body as well as strengthening them. See you at the dojo for your next martial arts lesson.

26th August 2009 - The grades and names of students for the 26th July 2009 Academy of Martial Arts Gradings are now online in our Academy Now section of this website. We are soon to put a Martial Arts Code of Conduct page for the future.

A note to all SGRJ Academy of Martial Arts students frorequired for the gradings. Sensei Bal is there to support you in your Martial Arts training.m Sensei Bal from Handsworth Dojo, the next gradings will take place Sunday 25th October 2009, be prepared and make a good effort in your Martial Arts training.

It is recommended you train at least 2 times a week at your Handsworth Martial Arts Dojo. This will help you create your Martial Arts skills, confidence and discipline.

The physical/mental skills and the discipline you will learn at SGRJ Academy of Martial Arts Dojo will help you in your study and work.

Our message to all of you is to never give up at anything you set out to do. One person's vision can change the world if they give it their hardest. Come to all your Dojo lessons and learn as much as possible.
